Canadian Border Guards Flee After 'Dangerous' Traveler Warning
Four Canadian border crossings were shut down Sunday as about 60 of Canada's unarmed border guards walked off the job after they were warned that a person classified as "armed and dangerous" may be headed into Canada.

To me the money quote is:

Faith St. John, an official with the Canada Border Services Agency, told
CTV that management staff has been called in to deal with the huge backlog of
cars and trucks waiting to cross into Canada. "As more managers arrive, more
lanes will be opened," she said.

Good idea - if the guys who should know what to do are running, send in the guys who know how to do PowerPoint.

Find The Boots

An executive goes on a business trip. When he arrives, it's raining cats and dogs. To avoid ruining his shoes, he purchases a pair of galoshes for $15, which he expenses under "Misc." on his expense report. A week later, the accounting department rejects his expense report, with a post-it note that says that the company does not reimburse for items of clothing. The next trip, the executive turns in an expense report without the galoshes, but with a post-it note that says "FIND THE BOOTS!".
