Concealed Carry Cops Cop Rage

ColtCCO met a copy who didn' t know the law and is discouraged.

His concealed weapon was not perfectly concealed and the cop manhandled him in public and generally made an ass of both of them.

Lovely. But now he is discouraged. But that is probably because he thought of cops as familiar with the law. They're not, but they do know police procedure. I'd certainly contact the IA department and make sure that as a settlement for my lawsuit they issue regular memos.

That will work and make everyone safer.
