US Goes to War with Iran This Week

Ok, I have no inside info on this, but wouldn't this be an interesting scenario:
The US begins bombing targets inside Iran to retaliate for incursions across the Iraqi border and to interdict the supply of weapons. Iran responds by firing missiles at the US bases in Iraq, which are shot down by Patriots. Or perhaps there's an Aegis cruiser prowling the Gulf.
Ahmadinejad now becomes a valid command-and-control target for US military forces. A team of special forces takes him off the stage at Columbia during his speech and into custody. He gets an all expenses paid vacation in Cuba, but the hotel room sucks.
What are they going to do? Kick us out of the UN?
