Man jailed for stealing women's hair

The court was told that Rodney Lyle Petersen would rummage through lost or delayed luggage that he was returning to passengers. He collected the hair from brushes and clothing, then put it inside plastic slips and record the women's personal details.
Ok, so I'm sure I don't care if some perv wants to sniff my stuff, but perhaps that is a man thing, but what I *really* want to know is: where was this guys's boss? And who was watching his performance?

No wonder baggage takes so long to arrive.

Final thought: I know serial killers have three names, but when did perverts get that upgrade?
