Obama's Prayer on the Wailing Wall Published

Monday, July 28, 2008

From Ben Smith:
Lord,

Protect my family and me. Forgive me my sins and help me guard against pride and despair.

Give me the wisdom to do what is right and just.

And make me an instrument of your will.
It's a shame something private was published, but this tells you a lot about the man. Most people start off a prayer with "Please." This sounds more like a demand letter.
